Salóme hired as Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Justikal
Justikal has hired Salóme Guðmundsdóttir to serve as the company‘s Chief Operations Officer (COO). Salóme will become a part of the founding team and be responsible for Justikal‘s growth strategy and implementation as well as building the team and overseeing the company‘s day-to-day operations.
Salóme previous role was with PayAnalytics as their VP of Business Development. Since 2021 she has also served as a board member and advisor at Eyrir Venture Managment and as an instructor for the Executive MBA at Reykjavik Unviersity. Salóme was the CEO of Klak – Icelandic Startups between 2014 and 2021, and a Director of the Open University at RU between 2011 and 2014. Salóme has a BSc in International Business from Reykjavik University and an AMP Executive degree from IESE in Barcelona 2019. Salóme is an experienced board member, currently serving on the board at Sýn hf., Eyrir Ventures and Icelandic Chamber of Commerce.
