How to Manage Email Notifications

Justikal can notify you by email when important events occur, such as case status changes, new documents, or party updates. You can manage which notifications you receive from your profile settings.

  1. Go to your profile page by clicking your name or profile icon in the left navigation.
  2. Click "Edit email notifications" to open the notification settings.
  3. Toggle individual notification types on or off. All notifications are enabled by default. Available notifications include: when a case is created or submitted, when new documents are added, when case status changes (approved, dismissed, closed, reopened), when the court or judge is updated, when a timeline event is added, when your case access changes, and when a party is added or removed.
  4. Click "Save" to apply your notification preferences.
