Send a Document Using Registered eDelivery

The following instructions help you send a document securely using eDelivery in Justikal. eDelivery is a certified electronic delivery service that provides legal proof of delivery.

  1. In the left navigation, click "eDelivery" to go to the eDeliveries list. Here you can see all previously sent eDeliveries and their status.
  2. Click the "+ New eDelivery document" button in the top right corner.
  3. On the "New document" form, upload the PDF document you want to send by clicking or dragging the file to the upload area.
  4. Under "Recipient", enter the full name of the recipient. If "Additional security" is enabled, also select the recipient's citizenship and enter their personal ID number.
  5. If "Send eDelivery via email" is enabled, enter the recipient's email address. You may also add an optional message to include in the notification email.
  6. Optionally, under "Advanced services", you may select additional options: "Request signature from recipient", "Seal confirmation report", "Send via SMS". You may also set a "Final deadline" for the recipient to access the document.
  7. Click "Submit" to send the eDelivery. The recipient will receive an email notification with a secure link to access the document.
